Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Sales Manager- Diffused Segment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Drive profitable sales growth and market share increase for Power Systems in assigned area.
2. Utilize commercial and marketing strategies in line with country policies.
3. Leverage technical expertise to meet growth objectives and sales targets.
4. Promote Power Systems offers, solutions, and services to direct customers and national sales.
5. Analyze and formalize market data including key customers, stakeholders, and market share.
6. Implement Value Proposition for Schneider Electric’s Power System portfolio.
7. Manage customer portfolio using BFO, develop and execute individual action plans.
8. Report market information including customer interactions, competition, and distributor relationships.
9. Coordinate with internal sales teams and evaluate technical competencies for improvement.
10. Promote and specify Power Systems offers, sell digital solutions, and prospect new customers.
11. Develop and manage customer relationships, negotiate prices, and follow up on quotes.
12. Support sales coordination with Segment teams, KAMs, and regional teams, and drive business pull actions.

Skills Required

- Product Knowledge: Expertise in Power Systems products and commercial aspects like tax and duties.
- Experience: Proven success in I&B segment sales and key account handling.
- Communication: Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building, and managing partners.

- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with office tools and value-added selling.
- Project Management: Effective in planning, project management, and maintaining professionalism.
