Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant Senior Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed business goals in the Jodhpur region. Lead the planning, forecasting, and execution of the sales plan.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to drive informed sales decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
Track sales performance through key metrics and KPIs. Regularly report progress to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Capacity- Full time
-Minimum 15 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in a similar industry. Experience in B2B/B2C sales is preferred.
-A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
