Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a results-driven Consultant — Technical Advisor to support business growth and drive sales objectives for One SE. This role involves a strategic focus on generating business opportunities, achieving monthly order book and sales targets, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders, including EU, PB, OEM, PSU, and state generation power plants. The position will primarily cater to the Vidarbha region, with flexibility to extend support to NAN as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business generation for One SE through strategic planning and execution.
Take ownership of order booking (OB), sales, and prescription targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver impactful presentations to EU, PB, OEM, PSU, and state generation power plants.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in new greenfield and brownfield projects.
Achieve monthly order book and sales targets to meet the Nagpur Branch objectives.
Provide technical guidance and strategic insights to stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Skills Required

Proven experience in a technical advisory or sales role within the power generation or related industry.
Strong understanding of business development processes and stakeholder management.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
Flexibility to adapt to regional and organizational requirements.
