Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to provide strategic support and actionable insights that help achieve sales objectives. This role involves analyzing data sets, target markets, and sales metrics to develop comprehensive sales strategies. You will work closely with the sales team, business units, and functional teams to ensure alignment with agreed strategies and practices. Success in this role is demonstrated by generating valuable insights, supporting lead generation, and driving sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of data sets, target markets, and sales metrics to inform strategies.
Actively participate in team meetings to provide updates and share insights.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for improvement in existing sales strategies.
Generate actionable insights about customer needs and preferences.
Facilitate interactive discussions and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.
