Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global investment firm is looking to engage with a Consultant who has managed ‘hospital-based’ optical chain.

Key Responsibilities-
1. Develop a strategic plan for the optical shop business within the hospital setting.
2. Providing operational training for Vietnam team.
2. Conduct sales training for staff to enhance their product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement skills.
3.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and merchandising guidelines for all aspects of the customer journey.
4. Act as the Profit and Loss (P&L) owner.

Duration - 3 months
Capacity- Part time (APAC Time zone)
Location- Remote

Skills Required

- Relevant experience in Hospital optical chain, who has ‘hospital-based’ optical chain (note that a ‘chain’ is important, and note that this is different from retail optical chain)
- Preferably the P&L owner
- Someone familiar with core commercial and operational aspects of the optical chain, from conversion rate improvements inventory, merchandising, assortment planning, sales techniques, customer journey etc.
- Provide direct sales and operational training
- Experience in typical retail optical chain
