Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global investment firm is looking to engage with a Consultant who understands HR and Organizational issues in the Sales force.

 

Context - Client has a 1000+ sales team which accounts for the bulk of its revenues. They have been facing much higher than industry attrition levels, leading to pressure on hiring and also impacting culture and growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

* Diagnose the reasons for the high attrition rate i.e. issues with hiring strategy, line manager training, internal culture, incentive structure etc. 
- This will be based on an analysis of available data as well as interviewing/meeting with sales reps in different geographies
* Helping synthesize the highest priority and impact root causes for senior management - and identifying geographical differences if any
* Developing interventions and solutions to address the high priority root causes jointly with senior management and sales leadership.

 

Duration- 3 months, 

Capacity- Part Time
Location- Delhi or Bangalore

Skills Required

-Atleast 15 + years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, data analysis, and working with sales teams

-Experience in Salesforce Effectiveness

-Need a very grounded person who can interact with sales people in UP and Bihar

-FMCG experience is a strong preference
