Assignment Details

One of our clients a premier boutique firm is looking for a Business Growth . Some key responsibilities are listed below - 

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the F&B, hospitality, and retail sectors.
  • Present Rare Ideas' services, showcasing the unique value we bring to businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the internal BD team to strategize and align client outreach.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and progress in CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Skills Required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex services in a simple and engaging way.
  • Charismatic, persuasive, and confident in closing deals.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the F&B, hospitality, or retail industries is a plus.
