Assignment Details

Our client, the UK arm of a Global FMCG player, seeks a health research coordinator. Our client is undertaking research into psychological safety for employees, with the ultimate goal of informing management practices and policies. The endeavour involves coordination with various internal and external stakeholders—such as the research team from Oxford University, employees from the Mexican entity, and the UK Leadership team. An academic researcher with experience in project management is required to lead this coordination. As a secondary component to the project, the client would prefer candidates who are open to act as the coordinator for the existing health & wellbeing digitals platforms, where coordination with stakeholders such as the technical vendor and the regional teams will be required.

Key Deliverables:

- Supporting Research and Development Manager in developing research work plans, timeline, and budgeting;
- Working closely with research consultants, partners, and experts in study planning and implementation; 
- Working with enumerators and stakeholders in the data collection process;
Responsible for PMO, project management and stakeholder management 
- Conducting dissemination of the research projects, including coordinating with the relevant stakeholders.

Note- 
- Capacity: Full Time preferred, but open to 20/hrs a week
- Duration: 6 months
- Nature of Work: Remote
- Timings: Global (Primarily, UK)
