Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG player, is looking for an R&D expert to provide technical inputs for a cost optimization initiative being conducted by the Supply Chain Finance Team. This role will focus on driving new product development and enhancing research efforts within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and insights for new product development initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize formulations and processes for cost efficiency.
Conduct research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in product offerings.
Support the Supply Chain Finance Team in implementing cost optimization strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in product development.

Skills Required

Minimum Requirements:

Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
3+ years of experience in R&D within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of product development processes.
