Assignment Details

Our Client Our Client is a leading FMCG company and are looking to engage with a R&D Project Lead expert.

Roles and Responsibilities
-Analyze and understand consumer habits and needs as outlined by the Project team to align business objectives.
-Develop product solutions based on business project briefs derived from the Project team's insights.
-Create and optimize processes for manufacturing the developed product solutions.
-Ensure product development adheres to Unilever’s safety, environmental, and specification management protocols.
-Actively identify and support opportunities for improving the value of the Skin Cleansing product portfolio.
-Prepare technical transfer dockets for seamless knowledge transfer and project continuity.
-Develop expertise in a specific technical area, such as formulation, processing, packaging, or specification generation.
-Lead technical trials and manage a team of technicians and staff to achieve project goals.
-Analyze and interpret data to inform project decisions and improve processes.
-Represent the technical function in cross-functional project meetings and facilitate operational interactions with factories and suppliers.
