Assignment Details

Our Client an Indian multinational automotive manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior Domain or R&D Expert with deep expertise in Radars (SAR) and C4ISR systems, including electronic warfare, tactical communication, and battlefield management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop SAR and C4ISR projects.
Drive electronic warfare and tactical communication initiatives.
Oversee the integration of battlefield management systems.
Provide strategic direction and technical leadership.
Manage defense procurement, including technology transfer and partnerships.

Skills Required

Qualifications:

10-15 years of experience in defense, focusing on SAR and C4ISR.
Experience as a Scientist 'G' or equivalent, preferably with DRDO.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Deliver advanced defense solutions, driving innovation and strategic growth.
