Assignment Details

Our Client is seeking an experienced professional to assist with the following tasks:

A. Development of Hair Oil Formulations:
Create 2-4 unique hair oil formulations tailored to specific market needs.
Ensure formulations meet industry standards and safety regulations.

B. Product Testing:
Conduct comprehensive testing of the developed formulations to ensure efficacy, safety, and stability.
Document and analyze test results, providing recommendations for any necessary adjustments.

C. Product Sourcing:
Identify and source high-quality ingredients and raw materials for the formulations.
Establish reliable supply chains and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

Skills Required

Requirements:

Proven experience in formulation development within the personal care industry, with a strong focus on hair oils.
In-depth knowledge of ingredients, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for hair care products.
Demonstrated ability to manage product development from concept to market-ready stage.
Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions.
