We are seeking a talented Case Study Writer to join our team and help us communicate the impact of our products, research, and initiatives through compelling, well-researched case studies.
Position Overview:
The Case Study Writer will be responsible for creating engaging, insightful, and well-structured case studies that highlight our achievements, research results, and the benefits our products and services bring to patients and healthcare providers. This role requires strong writing skills, the ability to synthesize complex information into accessible narratives, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical terminology and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop High-Quality Case Studies:
- Research, write, and edit case studies that effectively communicate the success of products, clinical trials, patient outcomes, and other initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Interview internal stakeholders (e.g., researchers, product managers, sales teams) and, where applicable, external partners or customers to gather relevant information and insights.
Data Interpretation and Analysis:
- Analyze clinical data, market research, and regulatory documents to distill the information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Work closely with scientific and medical experts to ensure accurate representation of technical information.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to project deadlines and corporate style guidelines.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Understand and incorporate regulatory requirements for written content in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring that all case studies are compliant with industry standards and company policies.
Editing and Quality Assurance:
- Proofread and edit case studies to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency in tone and messaging.
- Adapt content for various formats, including reports, presentations, website content, and promotional materials.
Content Strategy Support:
- Work with the marketing and communications teams to identify key topics and stories that align with company goals and reinforce our value propositions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with medical writing or technical writing standards.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including scientific, regulatory, and marketing groups.
Strong attention to detail, with experience in editing and quality control.

Skills Required

Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex scientific information.
Ability to interpret clinical and research data and present it accurately and persuasively.
Strong interviewing, research, and fact-checking skills.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for content in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., FDA, EMA guidelines) is a plus.
