Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking a skilled Consultant- State Project Coordinator.
An experienced professional to oversee and manage an upskilling training program based on the integration of digital content into two trade roles within the TVET ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of public and private ITI systems, government skilling initiatives, and training center operations. This role requires effective coordination with various stakeholders, including government agencies, ITIs, and NGOs, to ensure the successful implementation of the digital training program.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the rollout of the digital and simulation-based training program across state training centers, ensuring seamless coordination among the stakeholders.
*Drive project execution by coordinating with ITI principals, state government officials, and key stakeholders.
*Regularly travel across the state to visit training centers, ensuring proper training delivery and providing on-ground troubleshooting support.
*Collect, analyze, and report data on trainer performance and student engagement, training outcomes and placement tracking.
*Identify and resolve operational challenges in training centers and digital platform usage.
*Develop familiarity with client's digital training platforms/content and ensure their integration into ITI curricula.
*Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Schneider Electric Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
