Assignment Details

Our client is a FMCG giant and are looking to engage with a Product Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement SOPs for the LUX quality monitoring program.
2. Train teams on quality monitoring parameters and observation techniques in collaboration with CRQS, BU marketing, CQA, factory, and R&D teams.
3. Ensure full coverage of all clusters during quality monitoring exercises.
4. Disseminate quality monitoring results and collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to agree on improvement steps.
5. Create a detailed ready reckoner for checkpoints and controls in landing innovations (e.g., PCP, FDA, artwork approvals, FTR approvals, and data capture).
India & South Asia Focus:
6. Lead the E2E PCM exit for Core Lux Bars.
7. Validate and implement lead Low TFM formulations for regions where phase 1 technologies are pending.
8. Oversee the development and market introduction of the Fresh variant in Bangladesh.
9. Train WL1 resources on India and South Asia mix development and flawless market rollout.

Skills Required

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
-Proven experience in quality monitoring and project management.
-Strong coordination and training skills.
-Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
-Excellent communication and analytical skills.
