Assignment Details

Plays crucial role in guiding product development and innovation team using sensory evaluation methodologies.
Provide sensory training to employees, various stakeholders, collaborate with cross functional teams and integrate sensory practices into the product development and process capabilities.
Expands sensory capabilities to the larger team, optimise/ develop new sensory tools, integrate best practices into HUL WOW.
Role is responsible for using and integrating sensory practices and consumer research to guide product development, enable successful innovation launches and guide renovation too.
Design and lead testing sensory design, independently analyse and interpret experimental data , issue reports and clear actionable recommendations to the stakeholders. To provide required insights into business and making recommendations to the project team.
Close collaboration with NPD, Process Development, Packaging, Marketing, SUIT team on new products, processes, quality improvements and cost savings.
In depth knowledge of sensory sciences with experience in sensory techniques such as discrimination testing, descriptive analysis, and experience in managing internal technical, QDA panels also required.
Champions product design and quality being sensory representative for HFD Portfolio/ business.
