Our client, a digital health marketplace and are looking to engage with a Consultant who will be the subject matter expert with experience in behavioral coaching in health contexts who can build, integrate into health systems, and market health journeys to deliver on customer goals. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of our customers, their goals, and as a result adapt health journeys to reach, understand, and serve the consumer populations they seek to engage.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Segment the target audiences that our customers value into distinct personas, and prioritize building health journeys for those personas by market value
● Demonstrate to our customers that you can lead their marketing teams and our marketing and operations teams to reach, acquire, and engage their target audiences through a mix of paid, organic, and partner channels at acquisition costs that are consistently lower than industry standards
● Continually improve our product behavior change models and train an AI engine
on those models to drive health outcomes at conversion rates that are better than other solutions on the market
● 5+ of knowledge of behavioral psychology, behavioral economics, health
advocacy, human factors, social work, or other field relevant to individual
health decision-making
● 3+ years of experience with product marketing
● 1+ years of product management experience turning ideas into effective
products, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding customer
expectations
● Demonstrated track record of using the right mix of data and intuition to
inform product choices, knowing that data is often limited when making
decisions
