Assignment Details

Our client, a global professional services firm specializing in turnaround management and performance improvement.is seeking a Subject matter expert in design and implementation of clinical protocols.

Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with healthcare teams to define and document comprehensive clinical protocols and patient journey processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.

Conduct on-site (Tier 2/3 cities in North India) training sessions at hospitals to educate staff on clinical protocols, providing hands-on support to ensure effective understanding and implementation.

Work directly with hospital teams to facilitate the implementation of clinical protocols, addressing any challenges and ensuring seamless integration into daily operations.


Assist in creating and establishing governance frameworks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure ongoing adherence to implemented protocols and continuous quality improvement.

Engage with nursing, quality, and medical superintendents to coordinate and support the implementation of clinical protocols.

Define and clarify the roles and responsibilities of nursing, quality, and medical superintendents at both unit and central levels to ensure effective protocol execution and accountability.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in clinical practices and protocols, leveraging feedback and data analysis to drive enhancements in patient care.

Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across hospital units to promote consistency, excellence, and innovation inpatient care delivery.

Note: The consultant is expected to travel to client locations (including 
Agra, Varanasi, Karnal, Moradabad, Jammu, Srinagar) for 3 to 4 days in a
week.

Skills Required

Desired qualification:
-Education: MBBS or higher qualification
-Work experience: Minimum of 7 years in clinical administration 
within a multispecialty hospital or chain
