Our Client is seeking a highly experienced pharma expert based in Turkey with an in-depth understanding of the local pharmaceutical and trade landscape. The ideal candidate should have a strong background working with multiple generic pharmaceutical companies and possess comprehensive knowledge of the go-to-market (GTM) strategies for generics in therapeutic areas such as cardiology, fertility, and gastroenterology.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:
- Provide insights into the pharmacy and trade landscape in Turkey, focusing on generics.
GTM Strategy Insights:
- Analyze and share strategies used by local generics companies in cardio, fertility, and gastro segments.
Investment Assessment:
- Offer intelligence on the typical levels of free-of-cost (FOC) investments made by generic companies to support independent pharmacies.
Sales and Trade Support:
- Provide perspectives on sales team structures and the trade support mechanisms employed by generic companies.

Skills Required

Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly with generic companies operating in Turkey.
Strong understanding of the pharmacy and trade landscape, GTM strategies, and investment practices.
Expertise in cardio, fertility, and gastro segments within the generics market.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
Strong presentation and reporting skills to communicate findings effectively.

Preferred:

Experience in trade support management and sales operations in the pharmaceutical domain.
Established network with local pharmacies and stakeholders in the pharma trade.
