1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen the market position.

3. Plan, co-ordinate, and oversee category/product projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, services teams etc to launch, establish and scale up products/services.
5. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
6. Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
7. Define the product’s positioning, value proposition, and target audience.
8. Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the launch.
Skills Required:
1. Must have a passion for marketing, good understanding of building materials industry
2. Proven track record of successful initiatives; marketing project management.
