Assignment Details

Our client is the world's largest producer of plastic water tanks, They are looking to engage with a Brand Manager Consultant.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen
the market position.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and
customer preferences, using the insights to refine brand positioning.
3. Plan, co-ordinate, and oversee category/product projects from inception to
completion, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain,
services teams etc to launch, establish and scale up products/services.
5. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to
management, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
6. In-charge of digital platforms and assets to be managed with digital
marketing agency
7. Close co-ordination with category, marketing and IT teams for smooth
operations.
8. Conceptualize and create marketing campaigns that effectively communicate
the unique value propositions of our PVC pipes to target audiences.
9. Regular connect with consumers, users and channel partners

Skills Required:
1. Must have a passion for marketing, good understanding of building materials industry
2. Proven track record of successful initiatives; marketing project management.
3. As Brand Manager, will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence in the Indian market.
4. Proficiency in conducting and analyzing market research to understand consumer behavior, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
5. Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to tailor branding strategies accordingly.
