Assignment Details

Our client, a digital health marketplace and are looking to engage with a Consultant- Data Insights. They are looking for a consultant whose passion lies at the intersection of health and technology, sees an opportunity to use technology to change the way people think about their health, and how health systems serve people.

 

They are looking for a market research expert who can evolve the company's Insights into the go-to solution for understanding consumer health behaviors in emerging markets. The ideal candidate will craft research frameworks that uncover meaningful patterns in health-seeking behaviors and translate these insights into compelling product offerings. 

 

Working with the diverse team across the operating geographies, the consultant will: 

 

● Generate $150K+ in new revenue in 2025 by identifying and packaging high-value consumer insights that help our customers better understand their target markets' health knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors 

● Achieve 25%+ customer retention by developing repeatable research frameworks that consistently uncover actionable insights our customers can't find elsewhere, positioning Nivi Insights as an essential tool for market understanding 

● Drive 50% faster time-to-insight for customers by creating standardized yet customizable research methodologies that efficiently surface meaningful consumer patterns across different health domains 

● Enable 75% insights-to-action conversion by partnering with Analytics and Health Journeys PMs to create integrated offerings that combine qualitative understanding with quantitative validation

 

 

Skills Required

- 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or related field with focus on healthcare or behavioral research 

- Strong background in qualitative research methodologies including in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies 

- Demonstrated track record of translating research findings into commercial products 

- Experience managing end-to-end market research projects in emerging market

- Excellent storytelling ability with track record of presenting insights to senior stakeholder

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity

- Excellent communication skills, to both external and internal stakeholders

- Self motivated and self managing
