Assignment Details

Our Client is hiring for a PR Head

 

Key Responsibilities - Marketing Services: 

  • Brand Reputation & Corporate Brand Management – India & International 
  1. Strategizing and implementing brand campaigns that resonate with brand personality
  2. Work towards bringing out brand innovation and amplifying the popularity of the brand
  3. Explore opportunities for efficient brand collaboration with celebrities/different brands/3rd party agencies
  4. Yearly monitoring of brand campaigns resulting in the increase in brand reputation annual average to min +2%

 

  • Building Brand Advocacy
  1. Re-look at the existing Influencer/Brand advocacy plans/strategy and work on increasing the efficiency of the plans.
  2. Work closely with brand advocates/influencers/agency and create short term - long term brand consideration plans

 

  • Corporate PR
  1. Drive Brand visibility through various PR mediums
  2. Explore newer and innovative avenues in PR (Like Podcasts, etc.)
  3. Accentuating Thought Leadership under Energy Solution Business umbrella
  4. Internal communication to ensure employee engagement and promotion of core values 
  5. Employer branding to showcase Luminous as the preferred brand to work for 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Media Planning and Strategy
  1. Working with an Agency to devise optimized media plan for the brand in close coordination with category leads
  2. Dealing with Channels and working out the best possible rates/deals for the brand

 

 

Skills Required

Experience 

  • 8 -12 yrs of experience 
  • Demonstrated experience in Corporate Brand Management, PR & Corporate Communication
  • Media or Corporate Communication experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in brand management in a tech product category will be desirable

 

Skills & Attributes 

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
