Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with a Brand Strategic Sharpening Consultant.

Complete Strategic Sharpening: US, Brazil and some of China/India/Indo (whichever is priority determined by line manager)
▪ Understanding where brand is today, to then embark into thinking how to sharpen it into the future
▪ Deep dive of QT and QL data available across key markets, categories and MB.
▪ Obtain POV of key partner researchers and agencies
Scope – Countries & Categories
▪ US: Masterbrand, SCL, Deos, Hair (4)
▪ Brazil- Masterbrand, SCL, Deos, Hair (4)
▪ China / India / Indo (Partial completion, prioritization determined by LM) - Masterbrand, SCL, Hair /Deos
