Assignment Details

1. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
2. Partner with creators, influencers and UGC in terms of knowledge and content
creation
3. Understand PR from a macro perspective and develop brand's external
communications, PR strategy.
4. Plan, deploy, execute, and measure digital creatives and work seamlessly with
agencies and creators alike to drive KPIs
5. Partner with the brand marketing teams on their campaigns or new core/innovation launches developing specific plans and assets is a must.
6. Lead creation of influencer assets right from briefing to execution.
7. Interest in content creation and good storytelling is a must.
8. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
9. Help drive reach, engagement and CTR.
10. Help create a roster of influencers for HUL and engage them for long-term projects.
11. Understand the right metrics for campaign evaluation and work with global
counterparts on landing quantitative analytics to track the success of all campaigns.
