Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, wants to engage with a  Consultant- Communications & Media Relations 

Key Responsibilities: 


1. Understand the brand end-to-end and become the custodian of brand imagery across social, PMA and influencer marketing.


2. Design the social strategy with agency and hold them accountable for execution. Track performance metrics on social.


3. Write the Influencer marketing briefs for the brand and close the influencer list with the agency. Review the content being sent by agency and provide final approval on content going live.


4. Track the Influencer marketing performance through metrics like CPR, 
Views, Reach etc.

Skills Required

Key Skills:

 

  • Master’s degree in marketing or business Administration OR Equivalent. 
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in brand/agency working on social  media/influencers/strategy
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels – Influencer 
    marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing and metrics to track in these channels
  • Should have strong inter-personal skills and experience in working with 
    cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Should be confident and well spoken
  • Should be comfortable with numbers and excel, should be able to track 
    performance by creating trackers for various metrics
  • Should be able to work with agencies independently and hold them 
    accountable
  • Should be an independent worker with ability to run workstreams end to 
    end
