Assignment Details

Our Client a FMCG Company is looking to engage with Consultant - Influencer Marketing.

As a central team in Beauty and Wellness, our goal is to unlock & sharpen deployment best practices in influencer marketing. This involves:
 Planning, deployment, execution, and measurement of high impact campaigns and working seamlessly with agencies and creators alike to drive KPIs
 Partnering with the brand marketing teams on their campaigns or new core/innovation launches developing specific plans and assets
 Building intelligence on campaign impact and deployment best practices
 Piloting campaigns on new platforms to stay ahead of the curve

Skills Required

 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital related roles
 Knack for social content, trends and storytelling on social platforms
 Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to create campaigns and execute them
 Ability to run multiple campaigns across brands at the same time, with different agencies
 Should be well-acquainted with the digital platforms, relevant success metrics, creator ecosystem, platform algorithms, tools, and trends to measure campaign effectiveness
 Strong intent and interest in beauty and personal care is an advantage
 Existing influencer relationships across categories and genres is a plus
 Core aspects underpinning all skills: Analytical Thinking & Rigour, Creativity, Interest in Beauty
