Our client, is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist Lead who would be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to ensure smooth change management.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Consistent communication and updates are critical to engage the organization, and for problem solving.
2. Develop, write, and edit internal communications materials, including
newsletters, emails, presentations, and videos (with strong visuals)
3. Lead internal communication projects and initiatives from conception to
completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
4. Establish and maintain feedback channels to gauge employee sentiment and
gather input to improve internal communication efforts
5. Track and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and
provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for
improvement.

Skills required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 5-6 years of experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency with communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, intranet software).
6. Ability to create engaging multimedia content.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
8. Analytical skills to assess the impact of communication strategy
