Assignment Details

Our Client, a digital sales & marketing firm, is looking for a Strategy Consultant who will be identifying revenue drivers, refining marketing and sales strategies, and testing quick-win initiatives to boost conversion rates and strengthen brand positioning for a safari travel company. The project leverages market research, competitor benchmarking, operational feasibility assessments, and rapid MVP testing to enable data-driven decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Deliverables

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Comprehensive assessment of current marketing presence, SEO performance, and brand positioning. Identification of top competitors, their differentiators, and digital strategies.
  • Gap & Opportunity Identification: Pinpoint reasons for revenue declines, uncover lead generation gaps, and propose strategic actions to reduce revenue leakage.
  • Customer Journey Evaluation: Map the inquiry-to-conversion funnel, analyze lead sources, and recommend improvements to enhance lead-to-booking conversion rates.
  • Operations Evaluation: Assess feasibility of operational tweaks, including shared lead pipelines, geographically distributed sales consultants, and potential partnerships.
  • MVP Testing (Lead by us NOT the consultant) Implement and rapidly test 2-3 targeted initiatives (e.g., social media campaigns, website adjustments, collaborative lead generation) for quick insights and iterative improvements.

Skills Required

  • Expertise in analyzing marketing performance, SEO, and brand positioning.
  • Strong competitor research and digital strategy analysis skills.
  • Ability to identify revenue decline causes and recommend strategic actions.
  • Experience in mapping and optimizing the customer inquiry-to-conversion funnel.

  • Assessment of operational efficiencies, lead pipelines, and sales consultant distribution.
