Our client is an Indian multi-brand footwear retail company who help in developing and overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies that will establish the brand, raise awareness amongst the target audience.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Brand activation & BTL Strategy and execution - store launches and activation strategies in alignment with overarching marketing and branding goals.
- Influencer and Key Opinion Leader ( KOL ) marketing strategy, build communities and closely work with PR, Barter and Seeding initiatives.
- Work with event agencies to optimise cost and create innovation on ground experiences- launch and sustenance.
- Build and maintain a calendar of brand activation events for the team
- Negotiate and close deals with the agencies and vendors to get the optimized costs
- Collaborate and partner with the relevant brands and sneaker relevant events to reach out to the right audience
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including social media and Product, to ensure brand initiatives align with broader business objectives.
- 5+ years of brand activation or marketing experience
- Ability to manage brand campaigns
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Great understanding of marketing metrics and marketing performance reporting
