Our client, a global non-profit technology organization is looking to engage with a Consultant Marketing Communications.
Key responsibilities:
● Create clear and concise content, including reports, member emails, social posts, calls for public comment, and summaries of technical information. Ensure that complex topics are easy to understand for a wide audience, including those without a technical background – work with team to refine based on input from various internal stakeholders
● Develop strategic communications materials around the core programs based on
existing documents and materials; leverage AI tools where relevant
● Help identify content gaps and opportunities by analysing current materials and
audience needs. Focus on creating evergreen content that remains relevant over time, ensuring it provides long-term value and supports ongoing engagement.
● Support dissemination of content across channels including social media,
email/newsletters, and other channels as agreed
● Develop a strategic plan for video content, providing recommendations on key themes, formats, and platforms. Identify opportunities for leveraging video to enhance audience engagement, and outline best practices for production and distribution to ensure effective reach and impact
● Help develop and update the content calendar for the organisation, coordinate execution across stakeholders and help track progress across platforms like social media, email, portals and websites.

● Relevant experience of at least 10-12 years in marketing and communication.
● Extremely strong written communications with experience in developing long-form
content on business and research-oriented topics
● Ability to break down technical content into easily understandable language.
● Familiarity with SEO and web optimization techniques.
● Experience working across multiple communication channels, such as social media,
newsletters, and websites.
● Experience in the development and impact space will be a huge plus
● Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across geographies seamlessly
