Assignment Details

Our client, India's leading Real estate Company, is looking to engage with an experienced Performance & Digital Marketing Specialist to help design and execute high-impact digital campaigns, working closely with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the eCommerce industry and a proven track record of managing performance-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels.

 

E-COMMERCE or FMCG experience is MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, and display channels to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and product) to align campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Optimize campaigns based on real-time performance data to improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure campaign delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and eCommerce to bring innovative solutions to the team.

NOTE: 20 hours a week capacity arrangement can also be worked out.

Skills Required

  • Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution: Strong expertise in running paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks.
  • eCommerce Industry Knowledge: Experience in designing marketing strategies specifically for eCommerce businesses, with a focus on growth and conversion.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Proven ability to work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience using data insights to refine marketing efforts.
  • SEO & CRO Understanding: Familiarity with search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Marketing Automation & Tools: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and tracking tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and similar.
