Our client, India's leading Real estate Company is looking to engage a Senior Branding Advisor who will be responsible for guiding the overall positioning of the brand, recommending innovative marketing ideas, and assisting with pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and refine brand positioning to align with business goals and new product launches.
Provide fresh marketing ideas and strategic direction to enhance brand visibility and market relevance.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
2. Marketing & Campaign Innovation
-Work closely with the in-house marketing team to design and execute innovative campaigns.
- Identify emerging marketing trends and integrate them into branding efforts.
-Optimize marketing assets and branding materials for impact and cohesion.
3.Pricing & Competitive Insights
- Offer insights on pricing strategies to strengthen product competitiveness.
-Analyze market trends to refine positioning and maximize profitability.
4. Loyalty Program Strategy & Execution
Loyalty Program 1: Distribution Channel
-Design program structure, incentives, and engagement framework.
-Develop branding, communication, and marketing rollout plans.
-Define operational processes to ensure seamless execution.
Loyalty Program 2: Consumer Loyalty
-Develop customer-centric program mechanics, rewards strategy, and engagement model.
-Create a launch and sustenance plan for long-term program success.
Cross-Program Management
-Ensure alignment and consistency between both programs.
-Oversee launch strategy, execution, and continuous optimization.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and customer engagement.
