Assignment Details

Our client, India's leading Real estate Company, is seeking a highly experienced Martech and Digital Marketing Strategist with a strong focus on Salesforce Cloud Marketing to lead the development and execution of a robust digital marketing strategy. This role will focus on optimizing the organization’s marketing technology stack, designing cost-efficient campaigns, and driving digital transformation in collaboration with the CEO and CMO. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Cloud Marketing, with the ability to craft a long-term roadmap for its efficient utilization, aligning it with business goals to reduce costs and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Martech strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the strategic optimization of Salesforce Cloud Marketing, ensuring the platform is fully leveraged for automation, personalization, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and CMO to align digital marketing goals with overarching business strategy.
  • Streamline campaign structures across all marketing channels to improve targeting, enhance ROI, and reduce costs through smarter utilization of technology.
  • Own the governance and auditing process for the Martech stack, ensuring seamless integration between platforms, data consistency, and automation of manual processes.
  • Drive digital marketing strategies focused on performance marketing, lead generation, customer retention, and brand engagement using cutting-edge Martech solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend additional Martech tools to strengthen the organization’s digital capabilities, while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Define clear KPIs and success metrics to measure the performance of digital campaigns and Martech investments.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, IT, and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and data flow.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Martech and digital marketing strategy to continuously enhance processes and tools.

Skills Required

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of experience in Martech and digital marketing strategy.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Cloud Marketing — strategy, optimization, and campaign automation.
  • Experience in designing cost-efficient campaign structures and improving Martech ROI.
  • Proven ability to work directly with CEO and CMO to align marketing with business goals.
  • Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, CRM integration, and performance tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
  • Certifications in digital marketing tools (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
