Assignment Details

Our client, India's leading Real estate Company, is looking to engage a Performance & Digital Marketing Consultant with extensive experience in eCommerce and fast-paced industries to serve as an advisor. This role involves guiding leadership teams, providing strategic insights, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to drive sustainable growth. The consultant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design high-impact campaigns and improve customer acquisition strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on performance marketing and digital growth initiatives to improve business KPIs such as ROI, CAC, and CLV.
  • Advise on the design and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO, CRO, and content strategy).
  • Mentor internal teams, offering best practices on campaign management, optimization techniques, and emerging digital trends.
  • Conduct performance audits of marketing activities and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Assist in setting up marketing frameworks and identifying tools/technologies to enhance campaign performance and reporting accuracy.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration (marketing, product, and tech teams) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Skills Required

Proven Experience in FMCG/E-commerce or Real Estate Sector.

  • Strategic Performance Marketing: Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • eCommerce & Digital Transformation: Proven track record of driving growth in eCommerce and similar industries.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4) and experience using data to shape strategy.
  • Campaign Design & Optimization: Extensive experience designing and improving paid media strategies across search, social, and display.
  • Marketing Technology & Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and advertising tech.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Strong advisory and coaching skills, with the ability to empower teams and shape marketing capabilities.
  • Emerging Trends Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of evolving marketing trends, including AI-driven marketing, influencer strategies, and programmatic advertising.
