Assignment Details

Our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation is looking to engage with a Consultant Internal Communications.

Key responsibilities:

- He/she will be responsible for Leader communications, Internal employee communications, organization wide Change management communication, sending Newsletters etc. 

-He/she will need to have experience in conducting Employee engagement activities and managing internal events like  - Townhalls, Business POAs, Family day, Festivities etc. 

- Will need to have experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions.

 

Duration- 6 months

Capacity: Full time

Location- Mumbai

 

Skills Required

-At least 7+ of relevant experience.

-Experience in Internal communications, change management 

-Strong communication skills

-Experience in conducting Employee engagement activities and managing internal events like  Townhalls, Business POAs, Family day, Festivities etc. 

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions.
