Our client is seeking a data-loving person who has a passion for un-earth patterns, trends and insights from multi-source data and drives data-backed business decision culture.
- Developing deeper consumer insights for the jewellery business that would feed into all aspects of the marketing mix.
- The role would need an understanding and appreciation of both qualitative and quantitative research tools and approaches.
- This position partners and influences internal customers including Marketing, category, Product Development, and Sales, to guide and inspire decisions through the use of consumer insights.
- In addition, this position with work closely on strategy around new horizons and larger opportunities for the organization.
- This position also includes the management of commissioned tracks and research modules that monitor consumer response and run evaluations for the campaigns.

Key Stakeholders for the Project
External Interfaces: Research Agency, data providers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Role includes a mix of operations, data crunching, generating insights and providing solutions.
-Conduct Market research - both primary and secondary research.
-Candidate will be working on research projects both quantitative and qualitative in nature.
-Own brand track - Monitor, Synthesize and share findings and prepare periodic reports and ad-hoc analysis
-Evaluate marketing campaigns and share findings.
-End-to-End ownership of executing research projects
- From understanding requirement, Agency brief, questionnaire design, analysis and reporting.
-Manage Research agencies for quality of research, Adherence to timelines.
-Conduct periodic market visits.
-Conduct Qualitative interviews, group discussion.
-Develop insights by collating and analyzing brand, business and category data to provide 360 degree comprehensive solutions.
-Engage with brand managers, media teams, cross-team functions to drive data-driven business decision culture.
-Collaborate with cross-teams to identify requirements and deliver data solutions. Democratize Insights.

Location: Bangalore Hybrid
Duration: 6-9 months
