Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Indian conglomerate and are looking to engage with a Junior Marketing Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute branding initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop compelling content for online and offline channels to enhance customer engagement.
  • Support in monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in branding and/or digital marketing, preferably in the Retail, FMCG, or e-Commerce sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of social media strategies, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
