Assignment Details

Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Omnichannel manager to lead our strategic initiatives in creating a seamless and integrated customer experience across all channels. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can drive innovation, optimize customer journeys, and leverage data to enhance our retail operations at 2500 Pavilions across the country.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Validation: Partner with the sales team to ensure the integrity and accuracy of electrical outlet data, utilizing insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  2. Google Listings & Websites: Work with external vendors to create & enhance Google listings and micro websites for retail outlets, ensuring a robust online presence.
  3. Digital Onboarding: Lead the digital onboarding of retail outlets, implementing strategies to maximize lead conversions and integrate them seamlessly into our omnichannel ecosystem.
  4. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, develop and execute customer interaction strategies, ensuring product listings are optimized and maintained to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Advanced Analytics and Insights: Design and maintain comprehensive analytics dashboards to monitor sales performance, organic search trends, and lead conversion rates, providing actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives.
  6. Customer Journey Mapping: Map the customer journey for retailers and end customers, identifying touchpoints and optimizing the overall experience.
  7. Lead Conversion Strategy: Oversee and evaluate lead conversion processes, ensuring the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and their impact on retail outlet performance.

Skills Required

  • Experience: 2-3 years in data management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the electrical retail industry
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management, Google My Business, website creation, and analytics tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data accuracy and validation with the ability to validate and maintain a large database of retail outlets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with sales teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to create and interpret analytics dashboards, organic search performance, track customer journeys, and quantify lead conversions
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience optimization for both retailers and end customers.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the Sales team and external vendors.
