Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a skilled freelancer to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the Manufacturing MSME market from an energy management perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, experience in conducting primary research, and the ability to engage in meaningful discussions with C-level executives within the MSME sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a detailed survey and hold discussions with at least 30 Manufacturing MSME companies to gather insights.
Identify and document pain points or challenges related to energy management and energy efficiency within these companies.
Capture and document their expectations regarding potential solutions that could address their energy-related challenges.
Present the H&D developed product to the surveyed companies and gather feedback on its relevance and effectiveness in solving their issues.
Identify any gaps or unmet needs that remain despite the proposed solution.
Compile a detailed analysis report along with an executive summary highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations.

The candidate should be based near any of the major Manufacturing SEZ cities such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Delhi NCR to facilitate discussions with local companies.

Skills Required

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in market research, with a strong focus on conducting primary research.
Graduate degree is required; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Proven ability to engage in high-level discussions with C-level executives.
Prior knowledge of the Manufacturing MSME market is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and documentation skills to present findings effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present reports.
