Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Brand and Communications Manager.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Website & Internal Communication Platform Optimization
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to our services in transformation, governance, and automation.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Yammar, email marketing, SEO, content marketing).
2. Branding & Communication
- Create brand guidelines, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and visual style.
- Develop content for our website, blogs, newsletters, and other communication channels.
3. Understand Target Audience
- Understand and comprehend our target audience and their expectations (conduct interviews).
- Build a structure and framework (template), calendarization, and mediums.
4. Content Creation
- Develop informative and engaging content (blogs, social media posts, internal newsletters) about HRS services and success stories.
5. Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement.
