Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, is seeking an Independent Assistant Trade Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the Commercial Department (CD) and Marketing Department.
Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans for the Commercial Department and convey Commercial Department requirements to the Marketing Department.
Conduct region-wise training sessions for salesmen and state heads on a regular basis.
Facilitate salesmen and distributors by providing incentives such as T-shirts, awards, trophies, and certificates.
Develop and execute point-of-sale materials (POSM) artwork and strategies tailored to different channels including NMT, GT, Pharma, and Wholesale, ensuring alignment with master distributors, Key Account Managers (KAM), and service providers.
Plan and coordinate regional festival celebrations in advance, collaborating with master distributors and service providers.
Oversee in-store wet sampling or demonstration activities.
Modern Trade (MT):
Take ownership of all types of visibility executions.
Conduct competition analysis across accounts for key brands, including Brut, Dove DMC, CIF, Camay, and Clear Men, encompassing promotional activities and retail merchandising initiatives.
Lead MT promoter projects execution, including product trainings, target achievement tracking, monthly reviews planning, and execution of planned projects.
E-commerce (Ecom):
Participate in OmniChannel store activities and on-ground events, such as shelf build-up for Nykaa, Tira, and Palette stores.
Coordinate design and fabrication for on-ground events such as Nykaaland.
Miscellaneous:
Conduct training sessions for GT, MT, and E-commerce promoters.
Ensure adherence to payment schedules for visibility vendors.
Manage Product Information Form (PIF) filling, artwork management, and sample management.
Duration: 18 months and extendable
Nature of Work/ Location: On-site in Mumbai
Capacity: Full-time (5 days/week)
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in relevant FMCG roles.
