Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG Organisation, is looking for independent consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities :


- Administrative Support: Assist the Trade Marketing team with maintaining and updating
marketing databases, spreadsheets and displays execution tracking. Ensure data accuracy.

- Local campaign and POSM Management: Working with agency to plan for POSM
requirement, cost negotiations, execute and arrange for delivery to ensure timely executions of
trade marketing campaigns and events in stores. Coordinate with internal teams and external
vendors as needed.
- Materials Management: Manage the inventory of marketing materials, premiums and
coordinate their distribution to various locations.
- Working with supply chain team to update shipment plan for better inventory visibility.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking marketing expenses and maintaining budget records.
- Purchase requisitions and services procurement management via KBuy system
- Communication: Facilitate communication between the Trade Marketing team and other
departments. Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

Skills Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  •  Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
