Assignment Details

Our Client is a leading FMCG firm and our looking for a Brand Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Cross-Functional Project Team for delivery of the project (innovation) 
• Support in Product development, testing for innovation, and launch planning 
• Liaise with design agency, artwork excellence team, internal stakeholders to deliver great 
looking pack with high quality finishes 
• Creating compelling assets that are designed for conversion for eCommerce, dermatologist 
channels, social media, and influencer marketing 
• Establishing the brand’s guidelines, DBAs, and ensuring the brand’s visual identity is 
maintained during multi-channel deployment 
• Building and managing relationships with stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies, and 
partners 
• Managing our marketing budget and ensuring effective resource allocation.

Skills Required


• Marketing experience in the beauty or skincare industry 
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies 
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for beauty and skincare 
• A beauty enthusiast with a crafter's mindset, always looking for innovative ways to tell our 
brand's story 
• Inclined towards lifestyle marketing, with a focus on creating engaging experiences for our 
customers
