Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities

 


1. End-to-End Project Management:
  - Oversee the development of super-premium product mixes.
  - Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) and external partners (creative agencies, production houses).
  - Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives (turnover, gross margin, market share).


2. Communication Strategy Development:
  - Create social-first branded assets for digital platforms.
  - Collaborate with agencies to develop impactful communication strategies aligned with consumer insights.


3. Consumer-Centric Innovation:
  - Prioritize consumer intimacy by addressing real problems with innovative solutions.
  - Use insights to design impactful campaigns and product innovations.


4. Creative & Aesthetic Focus:
  - Develop aesthetically appealing pack designs considering consumer and trade/channel realities.
  - Deliver 360-degree brand campaigns across multiple media channels

Skills Required
