Assignment Details

Our client wants to engage with a seasoned technical expert in the field of Paste PVC, who has a demonstrated experience in developing grades in Paste PVC, especially in Micro suspension technology.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. To develop the grades and successfully commercialize them.
2. Should have an expertise in understanding various end user requirement of properties of paste PVC resin and ability to develop such grades in their facility
3. The person should be able to study our manufacturing technology, align the same to the grades to be developed.

Skills Required

Skills required:
1. In-depth knowledge of paste PVC formulation and manufacturing processes.
2. Proficiency in developing custom grades for specific applications
3. Strong understanding of micro suspension polymerization techniques for PVC.
4. Proficiency in quality control procedures, including testing for physical, chemical, and mechanical properties.
5. A mindset for innovation and continuous improvement in developing new PVC grades and enhancing existing ones.
