Assignment Details

Our client is one of Asia’s leading providers of comprehensive environment management services and is looking for an experienced Time and Motion Study Consultant to support process optimization at two waste management plants located in Hyderabad and Mumbai. 

 

  • Conduct time, motion, and method studies to analyze operational workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Map the entire process flow for waste segregation and related operations at the plants.
  • Assess manpower requirements for various stages of the process and recommend optimal staffing levels.
  • Provide input on improving resource allocation and process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with plant management to monitor improvements and track progress.

Duration and Work Capacity can be discussed.

 

Skills Required

 

  • Proven experience in conducting time and motion studies across any industry.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, manpower planning, and operational optimization.
  • Experience in industrial or plant-based environments preferred (manufacturing, logistics, waste management, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and Mumbai as required.
