Assignment Details

• Maintaining IDEA (Kaizen) Dashboards and Publishing it to all participating members on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and maintain IDEA (Kaizen) Master Sheet.
• Publishing the IDEA and LSS Dashboards on a Weekly Basis For to all OE Leads.
• Setting up of IDEA(KAIZEN) defense meetings.
• Communicate and Follow-Up with OE Leads and the team members across BL, BBL and Syngene for all initiatives.
• Assisting in several miscellaneous activities related to Lean and Six Sigma Projects.
• Follow-up for LSS Project Updates and Storyboard.
• LSS Green Belt and Yellow Belt Assessment.
• Creating JSEM Site Dashboards of all the sites.
• Maintaining GRADER Slides for JSEM workshop.
• Preparing E-Certificates for the LSS Participants, JSEM, 5S and IDEA(KAIZEN) initiatives.
• Booking and liaisoning with SPOCs for booking the Meeting Rooms for Several Activities for the Team.
• Follow-up and share awards with the Bio-connect Quiz Responses.
• Creating Posters and Invitations for Group COE Events.
• Follow up With the Vendor for Certificates During R&R event.
• Liaisoning with vendors for delivery of Certificates, Promotional materials, etc.
• Engaging in Several miscellaneous Activities for the Team.

• Manage database for Site JSEM Scores.
• Create and Update Dashboards.

Skills Required

-Process Improvement Expertise: Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-Data Management and Dashboard Creation: Strong skills in managing and maintaining dashboards, master sheets, and scoreboards for tracking performance metrics.
-Project Coordination: Ability to organize and facilitate meetings, liaise with vendors, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
-Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in maintaining databases, reports, and certification processes.
