Assignment Details

The Senior Global Process Analyst - Requisition to Receipt is responsible for providing data analytics, insights, and project management acumen to support the Requisition to Receipt (R2R) Global Process Owner (GPO) and Regional Process Owners (RPOs) in identifying transformation opportunities and deploying the global process strategy in the regions

 

Key responsibilities:

• Deployment of the global process strategy in the region 
• Understanding and translating any local requirements to shape global strategy 
• Tracking results against KPIs and providing insights to improve adoption 
• Maintaining control standards in region

• Focus on gathering data, developing insights and working with the Regional Process Owners to formulate opportunities to drive value through process transformation and adoption. 
• This role will work with various data sources to track and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop insights into driving targeted adoption.

• Need to interact and collaborate effectively across MGS Commercial and MGS Finance, 
but also with MGS Digital Technologies and Internal Audit/Compliance

 

Skills Required

Skills required:

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Finance, logistics, supply chain) 

• 2+ years of Source to Pay and process optimization experience 
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data into insights 
• Demonstrate critical thought leadership, excellent communication skills 
• Strong project management discipline 
• Good exposure to Source to Pay technologies like Ariba 
• Proficiency in English language
• Lean six sigma certification will be preferred 
• Digital Savvy and exposure to latest trends in RPA, automation, and AI
• Ability to interact and collaborate across functions
