Assignment Details

Roles and Responsibilities
 

  1. Factory Visits and Assessment:
    • Conduct on-site visits to recycling factories in Jaipur ( Travel shall be reimbursed).
    • Evaluate current recycling processes and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Assess operational efficiency, safety measures, and environmental compliance.
  2. Proposal Development:
    • Collaborate with the project team to create a compelling proposal.
    • Provide expert insights on the recycling industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
    • Build a point of view on critical levers to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  3. Knowledge Transfer:
    • Share deep industry knowledge with the team, leveraging insights gained from 10+ years of experience.
    • Guide the team in understanding market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Skills Required

  1. Industry Expertise:
    • 10+ years of experience in lead or aluminum recycling.
    • Prior experience in companies like Jain Metal Group, Johnson Matthey, or other recycling industry leaders.
  2. Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of recycling processes for lead or aluminum.
    • Familiarity with machinery, materials recovery processes, and quality control techniques.
    • Understanding of environmental standards and sustainability practices.
  3. Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze factory operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Strong data interpretation and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Communication Skills:
    • Clear and concise communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to present findings and recommendations effectively in written and verbal formats.
  5. Flexibility and Availability:
    • Willingness to travel to factory location Jaipur in India.
    • Ability to dedicate focused time to offline collaboration during the proposal development phase. (2-3 weeks)
