Our client, world's top management consulting firm, is looking for a Program Lead/IT-OT Expert (Chemical Manufacturing Plant).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Use Case Implementation Support:
- Collaborate with solution providers and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of Industry 4.0 use cases.
- Work closely with the project team to cover all business requirements and achieve key objectives for each use case.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert support as needed.
2. Vendor Management:
- Assist in the selection of vendors for individual use cases, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions.
3. Domain Expertise:
- Provide expert advice to ensure that project implementation aligns with the defined roadmap and Factory of the Future (FoF) vision for Agrochem.
- Ensure all project activities meet the requirements for WEF Lighthouse certification, including data management, timelines, and other expectations.
4. Project Oversight:
- Monitor and report on the progress of use case pilots and upcoming implementations.
- Support project planning and execution to ensure adherence to the project timeline and milestones.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain thorough documentation of implementation processes, vendor interactions, and technical issues.
- Prepare and deliver reports on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Skills Required
Must have:
- Prior experience: Industry 4.0 program lead for chemical manufacturing plants
- IT-OT systems, data acquisition, data analytics based use case implementation experience in chemical sector.
- Language requirement: English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of IT-OT Platforms
- I4.0 Reference Architecture.
- I4.0 Maturity Assessment Experience.
- Can speak Hindi, Gujrati.
